Optional European logistics hub
- Products may additionally be stocked in Germany.
- FABRIK EUROPE can provide or coordinate receiving, unloading, warehousing, handling and onward European distribution, depending on the agreed model.
- 20-ft and 40-ft containers can be accommodated on site; fenced outdoor space is available for temporary container positioning and storage, subject to agreement and operational requirements.

The physical platform

FABRIK EUROPE occupies an authentic 1950s industrial factory: concrete structure, crane hall, generous daylight and honest material. It is architecture that gives products weight and context.
For furniture, lighting, stone, sanitary, fireplaces and outdoor living, the decision is physical. Surface, proportion, finish and build quality are judged in person — not from a PDF. A permanent German location lets European buyers experience your product whenever they are ready, not only during a trade fair week.

FABRIK EUROPE is operated locally in Germany. Established contacts within the German-Chinese business community may support introductions and communication where useful. Day-to-day operation, coordination and hosting happen on site, in Germany.
Selectivity
We are not looking for hundreds of suppliers.We are selecting 3–4 partners.
The concept depends on complementary categories, serious space for each brand and avoiding a crowded multi-supplier showroom. A selected partner may receive substantial dedicated presentation and logistics capacity; final allocation and commercial structure are agreed individually.
